At Drexel Estimating Our goal is to provide accurate cost estimates and, deliver great customer service. If you are looking to renovate your apartment or even a multi-residential building we are here to help. Our chief estimator has the type of experience and knowledge needed to have your estimate done correctly. He has gained this experience and exclusive insight by extensive working for subcontractors and general contractors on residential and commercial buildings, building them from the ground up. On average our projects can range anywhere from $100,000-$54,000,0000. We are a blue book listed company. All pricing is negotiable and deposits are NON-refundable We provide insurance referrals for developers and contractors. Fixed Weekly Rates The process Email us drawings in a link or pdf format. Once received we will provide a quote for those drawings. Once a quote is agreed upon, we will invoice you a deposit. Once the deposit is paid we will begin working on the estimate. Once the estimate completed we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid we will submit your estimate via email. ALL QUOTES VARY UPON THE ACTUAL PROJECT SIZE.
