TownePlace Suites + Fairfield Inn – Bastrop, TX
New construction of a dual-brand TownePlace Suites / Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotel in Bastrop, Texas. The project consists of a four-story, approximately 64,000 SF select-service hotel with 113 guestrooms on a ~1.7-acre site. Scope includes full site development, structural systems, building envelope, interior build-out, and complete MEP, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems, all constructed in compliance with applicable codes and Marriott brand standards. The project is currently in preconstruction and seeking qualified subcontractors and vendors with relevant hospitality experience.
