Shane A. Persaud is the founder of Building Design Partnership, LLC. Since its inception in 2005 the business model of this firm is structured as a consulting firm that offers design, implementation, construction administration and project management services through collaborations with its consultants. The primary reason for this is to offer our clients the most competitive fees by keeping the firm’s overhead at a minimum while maximizing on the quality of the design content. Shane has over 25 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and construction, spanning the healthcare, residential, retail and commercial markets. ​
