Skylatus Property Capital is a real estate debt and equity brokerage firm. We raise capital by brokering mortgages and placing equity through our established network of capital providers. Skylatus was created to fill a void in the market; a capital brokerage firm built by former investment professionals rather than salespeople. A firm that gives clients more value for the fees that they pay by doing more than just facilitating introductions to capital providers. The Skylatus team is led by Randy Efron, a former real estate private equity investor, owner and lender. Our investment and lending experience allows our clients to leverage us to a greater degree than a traditional capital brokerage firm. That leverage gives our clients more time to focus on other deals while we close their existing ones.
