DO I NEED A METAL BASE?
Metal Bases are always our recommendation if the location allows. They are safe, secure, can be installed directly onto your pool deck, and give you the flexibility of being able to take your Umbrellas with you to your next home! With that being said, straight into concrete/ground installations can also be done upon request. If you’re not sure what you prefer, shoot us an email or give us a call at the number below and we’ll figure out what the best thing is for your patio. We do not recommend installing with a base if the concrete slab you is less than 4″ inches thick.

DO I NEED INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY?
Installation is an option you MUST add on if you want the umbrella installed and delivered to your place, otherwise, the complete palapa will be available for pick up at our Frisco Warehouse.

DO YOU ONLY INSTALL IN DFW?
Great question! Our umbrellas come in a DIY kit ready for any carpenter to install for you, no matter where you are in the world. Our kits also come equipped with full step-by-step video instructions. If you would like our team to quote you for a long-distance installation, we will be happy to do so. We ask all expense travels be paid, and will charge a special rate for installation.
