Developers Klein Development is proposing an 11-story hotel with 130 rooms located at Brady and Farwell Streets in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Plans to build the hotel on a site now used by a half-empty, two-story retail building at 1709-1723 N. Farwell Ave., just north of East Brady Street. The Plan Commission unanimously recommended zoning approval, which also needs Common Council approval. Construction could begin late 2023. Kahler Slater is the project Architect.
