Construction is well underway on a new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the Campus Parkway Plaza in Merced, California. Set in open in the 3rd quarter of 2025 the project is being developed by Daniel Moradzadeh, of Shemoil’s Investment Development. The five-story hotel, will include 133 guest rooms, at a cost of $36 million. The 44,224-square-foot property in located on a 8.3 acre lot at the southwest corner of Campus Parkway and Coffee Street with a landscaped parking lot. The hotel will have two kitchens, one dedicated to the hotel and the other to a banquet facility for 350 people and a full-service bar.
