Developer Satya Inc. led by CEO Sunny Bathija, plans to break ground on the St Regis Resort Residences at 102 Asbury St in Houston Texas. The 37 story branded condo tower will include 93 units and over 40,000 square feet of amenities, managed by Marriott International. Project designers include: Pickard Chilton as the design architect, Kirksey Architecture as the architect of record and Forrest-Perkins as the interior designer. Construction will begin in mid-2025 and take 30 months to complete.
