Developer DC Hospitality is set to begin construction of a dual branded Extended Stay Wood Spring & Ever Home Suites hotel. Located at 2645 10th Ave North in Palm Springs, Florida, the 4.6 acre site is located next to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. The property was acquired in July 2024 for $5 million. The hotel will cost $13.3 million to build and will include 236 guestrooms consisting of a 122 guestroom Wood Spring Suites and a 114 guest room Everhome Suites. The construction loan was provided by Equity Bank. In-site Studio & 101 Architecture designed the project.
