Developer Chad Wallace of Root Architecture and Design is planning to build a boutique hotel in downtown, Morrision, Colorado. The Red Hotel, located at 203-205 Bear Creek Ave., will be over 14,000 square feet. The three-story hotel will include 22 guestrooms and a ground-level coffee shop that serves tapas. A rooftop patio will face Bear Creek Avenue. Construction is expected to take 14 months and be completed in late 2026.
