Mint Developers and Sonesta International Hotel Corp are planning to build the James Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami, Florida. The $850 million project with include 82 floors of hotel guestrooms, residence and parking. There will be 336 furnished residences with approximately 200 units participating in a hotel leaseback program, amenity space, and restaurants that include the highest bar and restaurant in the Americas. Construction for the development will begin in late 2025. Project partners also include: Big Development, AD1 and To the Starts. The project will be complete in late 2028.
