Developers are planning to renovate a historic tower in downtown Houston, Texas and convert the building to a Canopy by Hilton Hotel. Beginning in late 2026 SLTX Capital will renovate the Scanlan building at 405 Main St in downtown Houston that will completely remodel the building into a 140 guestroom hotel with restaurant and bar.
