Developer Windwood Hospitality Group led by Amit Patel is planning to build a 134 guest room Residence Inn Marriott planned for Parkside Town Center in Cary, North Carolina. The 6 story hotel is planned on a 1.85 acre at 1245 Parkside Main St. in the Parkside Town Commons shopping center off Highway 55 just north of 540.property and will cost $12.45 million to build. Amenities would be located on the first and sixth floors, including an outdoor patio on the sixth floor. The project is currently being reviewed by the city of Cary.
