Developer Shenandoah Development Group is planning to build Manor Town Square, a mixed use project in Manor, Texas. The development, is located a few miles away from the current city hall, and will include a movie theater, several mixed-use residential and retail buildings, a medical district with office buildings, an outdoor event space, several hotels and townhomes and be roughly 2.2 million square feet. Shenandoah Development Group’s principals include: Venu Reddy, Santosh Reddy and Venkat Dhaniyala designs have not yet been finalized and a construction timeline has not yet been set.
