A $275 million mixed-use development that would include single family homes, apartments, townhouses, a hotel and entertainment facilities is being planned at Metro East at 301 Obernuefemann Rd in O’Fallon, Illinois. The Park Place, project is being proposed by Michael Hamburg of Pier Property Group, and would be located next to an existing 200-acre sports and recreation complex, O’Fallon Family Sports Park. The site would include 50 residential villas, 400 apartments, 125,000 sf of entertainment and retail space. A 100 guestroom, 4 story, hotel and restaurants and a golf entertainment facility with a driving range. Partners on the project include: Rich Gorazd, of State Construction, and Bruce Holland of Holland Construction.
