Developer Tryst Hospitality led by Tristain Schukraft has plans to redevelop the Pines Resort in Fire Island, New York that would convert to property to the Tryst Fire Island Resort. Tryst Hospitality will upgrade the hotel portion of the property by redesigning the 30 guestrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the pool deck, event space, restaurants, night club and employee housing will be upgraded. .
