Developers are planning to build a Hilton branded Waldorf Astoria Residences in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The 50 story building will have 163 branded condo residences atop a six story parking garage. Smith & Associates Real Estate is marketing the units. The development team includes: Property Markets Group, Feldman Equities, City Office REIT and Tower Realty Partners. The tower will include 73,000 sf of office space and 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail. The units include custom built closets and Italian bathroom vanities. The tower will feature 43,000 sf of amenities, including a 20,000 sf pool deck. The 18th floor features a wellness center with massage rooms, steam rooms and a gym, and a kids and teen entertainment club. CUBE 3 is the tower’s architect. BAMO is the interior designer.
