Developers are planning to development a boutique hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The Hoxton branded hotel would be located at: 616 Ewing Street and would offer 200 guestrooms, four food and beverage concepts, bar, coffee shop, rooftop lounge, speakeasy and entertainment venue, event space, poolside restaurant and bar and underground parking garage. Partners on the project include: Bryan Fort and Taylor Preston and Ennismore which owns the Hoxton brand. The hotel is being designed by GREG Architects and AIME Studios. The hotel would open in late 2027.
