Developers are planning to build a Home2 Suites by Hilton Hotel near Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. The 174 guestroom extended stay hotel would be located at 1875 Peachtree Road. The hotel would be eight stories over a parking garage, lobby, and valet area. The project will be on .67 acres, and the scope of infrastructure work calls for streetscape improvements, in addition to storm-water and utility work. The project team includes: Phoenix Development Partners and architecture firms Pappageorge Haymes Partners and HC Architecture.
