Developers are planning to build a 123 guestroom SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel adjacent to the Bally’s Casino in Kansas City, Missouri. The five-story hotel is proposed by True North Hotel Group Inc. and would include 163 parking spaces and an outdoor gathering area on land just west of the casino. The $26.2 million project was recently approved by the city planning commission. Construction would begin in Q4 of 2025 and be completed in Q2 of 2027. Modus Architecture is the hotel’s designer.
