Developer Shaun Pan of NKY Hospitality is planning to build a 112 guestroom $16.5 million LivSmart Studios extended stay hotel in Sharonville, Ohio on 3.35 acres at 11167 Dowlin Drive. The new four-story, hotel will feature 80 rooms with one king bed and 32 with two queen beds. Electric vehicle charging will be available and each room features a separate living area and a kitchenette with full kitchens, storage options, modern fitness rooms and laundry facilities. North Shore Construction and Development is the general contractor. Richwood Bank is providing project financing. Construction is planned to begin on July 22nd 2025.
