Developers are planning to build a Marriott StudioRes Hotel at the Topgolf Main Event Center in Greensboro, North Carolina. The four-story, 58,499-square-foot hotel at 605 Guilford College Road will have 124 guest rooms with an estimated construction cost of $11.8 million. The hotel will be built between the Topgolf facility and the Main Event building. Developer Realty Link is building the hotel along with entertainment amenities and restaurants.
