Developer Crescent Communities, is planning a $433 million mixed use development that will include a hotel and apartments in Gilbert, Arizona. The apartment phase broke ground in June of 2025. Crescent Communities is partnering with Creation to develop the 10-acre Heritage Park, which also will include a 125 guest room hotel and 30,000 square feet of retail space.
