Developers are planning to build a mixed use development the would include townhomes, hotel rooms and a winery at a vacant property in Dunedin, Florida. Proposed by JAMAP Home Builders LLC the project would be located 265 Causeway Blvd. JAMAP Home Builders is led by Anthony and Michael Pautauros. The project team also includes: SDG Architecture and Synergy Civil Engineering. No permits have been filed with the city for the project. The environmental resource permit is under review by the water management district.
