The $175 million, 205 guestroom hotel would be located at 441 S Fort Lauderdale Beach, Blvd along State Road AIA. The 16-story hotel is being developed by G. Holdings. Moss is the general contractor. FSMY Architects & Planners is the project Architect. Studio Munge is the interior designer. Harry Gross, is founder and CEO of G. Holdings.
