Developers are planning to build a 90 guest-room hotel in Redlands, California that would also include: a drive-through coffee shop and a car wash on a site along California Street, about 500 feet south of Interstate 10. The project is being proposed by JD Fuel LLC. If would include: A four-story, 55,186-square-foot hotel with an outdoor pool, lounging areas, meeting space and 119 parking spaces. A 1,450-square-foot coffee shop with a drive-through, positioned east of the hotel with space to queue 14 cars and seating for 25 guests inside. A 3,588-square-foot car wash with indoor mechanical equipment and capacity for 13 vehicles in line at a time. There will also be a total of 21 parking spaces.
