Angstrom Development Group is planning to develop “The Slope,” a luxury lifestyle resort in Utah’s Heber City. The resort will include 85 guestrooms, private residences, retail and restaurants with 200 private hotel-branded fully furnished residences. The residences will be two and three-bedroom hotel condos as well as four-bedroom multistory villas, with rooftop decks with hot tubs and saunas. The project will include 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The resort will have waterways, bike paths and pedestrian alleys that link the residences, hotel, plazas and surrounding area. Gomez Vazquez International is designing the project. Construction will begin in the 4th quarter of 2025.
