Developer Crawford Hoying is planning to build a hotel mixed use project in the Bridge Park area of Dublin, Ohio. The proposed 130-guestroom hotel will have a signature restaurant, which also will feature an event venue, a spa and wellness center, an outdoor pool and terrace, a fitness center, a hotel restaurant and lobby bar and a member’s club. The hotel will be located within a seven-story tower attached to an eight-story condo building. An office building will be built separately on the southeast corner of the site.
