Developers are proposing to build a dual branded Marriott hotel that will include both Aloft & Element brands in Orlando, Florida across from the Universal Orlando Resort. The 18 story $115 project includes: 506 guestrooms, with a roof top pool and restaurant, an additional restaurant, ground floor lobby and gift show and a 400 space parking garage. Insite Group is the project’s developer.
