Developers are planning to build a $30 million, 101 guestroom Hampton Inn located at 11030 S Doty Ave in Chicago, Illinois at the Pullman Park mixed use development. The 62,000-square-foot hotel will have a business center, exercise room, indoor pool and on-site parking. Construction will begin in early 2026 and be completed in 18 months. Pullman Hotel Group is building the project.
