Developer Midway is planning to build a 130 guestroom, $70 million boutique hotel is downtown San Marcos, Texas on land owned by Texas State University. The hotel will be located at 429 Guadalupe Street three blocks north of the San Marcos courthouse square. Under the proposal Midway would lease the property from TSU.
