Construction of a four-story, 107 guest room Residence Inn Marriott has started in Belmont, North Carolina along the CaroMont Parkway corridor. Developer Warren Norman, along with Belmont Land and Investment and Belmont Abbey, is developing the $15 million project expected to open in spring 2027. Strand Hospitality Services will be the hotel’s management company. Myers & Chapman will be the general contractor on the project. Construction will be designed by Ragona Architecture and Design. John Pharr, is president of Strand Hospitality.
