Kasam Hospitality received approval for part of the design of the 120 guest room Exchange hotel project in Saint Augustine, Florida. The project would begin in 2029 and convert the Cathedral Place office complex into The Exchange hotel in the downtown St. Augustine. Marquis Latimer + Halback is the project Architect. Kasam Hospitality is led by Kanti Patel.
