Adam Sarbaugh, of Cornerstone Realty Inc., has filed plans for the hotel with the Boston Planning Department to build a hotel at 269-275 East Cottage St in Dorchester, MA. The proposed development is adjacent to a recently constructed five-story mixed use development that Sarbaugh built on Dorchester Avenue. The hotel would include 42 guest rooms and no parking. The proposed hotel would include a ground-level restaurant and a rooftop terrace. Khalsa Design Inc is the project Architect.
