Developers are planning to build a 46 guestroom hotel in downtown Victoria, Minnesota. Mary Meuwissen, submitted a plan to the city of Victoria to redevelop the half-acre site at 7929 Victoria Drive. The new hotel, called Hotel Victoria, would be constructed on green space adjacent to a restaurant. The development team plans to begin construction in May, which would open by the end of June 2027. The hotel would include a lobby, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a breakfast bar and a 41-stall, valet parking garage. Kaeding Architecture is designing the project.
