Developers KC Lodging Partners and Grayson Capital are planning to build a 165 guest-room hotel near the terminal at Kansas City, Missouri International Airport. The $41 million hotel would be located at: Brasilia Ave & Paris St and include a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and meeting space. The development team plans to select a flag, submit plans with a groundbreaking planned for Q4 of 2026. The property would open in 2028 after 18 months of construction. NSPJ Architects is designing the project.
