Developers Keystone Hotel Group and Sun Cos., are planning the renovation of the former P&G Duttenhofer Building at 299 E. Sixth St in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio converting the property to a Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The project was awarded state historic tax credits in June 2025, totaling $3.15 million for the $31.8 million project. Stonehenge Building Group is the general contractor. Subhas Patel is principal at Keystone. The project will be completed by the end of 2026.
