A 12-story 150 guestroom AC Marriott Hotel is planned at 370 S Garfield Street is the Cherry Creek area of Denver Colorado. The hotel is being built by Sunridge Hotel Group which has submitted development plans to the city. The one-story retail building on the property has yet to be demolished.
