The hotel will include a large pool, gym, and conference rooms, with completion expected in Q1 2028. Lance-Kashian & Company is the developer; RSP Architects and Cooper Carry are the designers, and engineering firms include Precision Civil Engineering, Blair, Church & Flynn, PK Associates, and Lawrence Nye Carlson Associates.
