Developer Angstrom Development Group is planning to build a Hyatt Andaz hotel in Heber Valley, Utah as part of a mixed use lifestyle community called “The Slope”. The 85 guest-room hotel is designed around wellness, with a contemporary design. The project will include 62 condominiums and 140 villas. The residences will have dedicated amenities and access to hotel privileges. The hotel is planned to open in January 2029. Neil Goldman, is managing partner at Angstrom Development Group.
