Developer Midas Hospitality is proposing to build a Kimpton branded hotel in St Louis, Missouri. The project is planned as part of the Wells Fargo Advisors campus in Midtown at 2601 Market St. The proposed $101 million, 175 guestroom hotel would also include and restaurant and bar. Midas Hospitality is led by CEO David Robert.
