Developer Samir Patel is constructing a new Aloft Hotel near the Sunport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Located at 1515 Aircraft Ave. SE, this $22 million project commenced in early 2025 and is scheduled for completion in late 2026. The four-story property will cover 57,952 square feet on a 1.5-acre site and feature 109 guest rooms. Planned amenities include a WXYZ bar, an outdoor soak pool with an expansive patio, and complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to the Sunport. Prime Hospitality Consulting has been contracted to oversee the vertical construction of the project.
