Developer DAC Developments led by Daniel Rezko is proposing to build a 53-story tower with 104 condos and 405 hotel guestrooms in the SoBro neighborhood of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The $460 million development planned features include 11,000 square feet of retail space, 400 parking spaces, a five-level podium that includes event and meeting space, as well as hotel and condo amenities. The tower would rise on two parcels at 319 Peabody St. and 504 Fourth Ave S. which span 0.96 acres.
