Of the total land area, 1.46 acres will be dedicated to the hospital, which will be developed by Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited with an estimated investment of around Rs 360–Rs 400 crore. The remaining 1.42 acres will house a premium 4+ star hotel, to be developed by Ambuja Neotia Hotel Venture Limited, with an investment of approximately Rs 350 crore.
