The Lakeland Planning and Design Review Commission approved a site plan for a four-story, 121 guestroom Hilton LivSmart hotel on.35 acres at the northwest corner of The Lake District in Lakeland, Tennessee. The LivSmart extended stay brand, features studio-style suites equipped with full kitchens and on-site fitness and laundry amenities. Trilogy Investment Co is proposing the project. No construction timeline has been announced at this time.
