Currently, BHVL has a portfolio of nine operating hotels across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, and GIFT City in Gujarat, with more than 1,600 keys. Nine new properties are in the pipeline in the south, including ECR and OMR in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram, which will add another 1,700 keys over the next three to four years. The company is looking to expand its footprint in northern and western states in the spiritual and leisure segments.
