Developer Dinesh Patel of DVR Development & Springfield Hospitality Group has proposed a 136-room dual-branded Hilton hotel at 30 Perkins Ave. in Seabrook, New Hampshire, located on an 18.4-acre parcel behind the BJ’s Wholesale Club. The property would combine the mid-tier Tru by Hilton with Home2 Suites by Hilton, the latter of which provides extended-stay options with full kitchens. Plans include an indoor pool and 136 designated parking spaces. The Seabrook Planning Board heard the presentation on March 23, 2026. The developer already secured zoning relief in February 2025 to exceed the town’s standard 35-foot height limit. Silvestri Architects is designing the project. Erik Poulin from Jones and Beech Engineering is the lead engineer.
