A dual-branded Hilton hotel featuring 260 guestrooms is proposed for development near the Mayo Clinic in North Phoenix, Arizona, at the southeast corner of 64th Street and Mayo Boulevard. Plaza Cos. is overseeing the project, which occupies eight acres within a larger site also slated for residential development. The six-story hotel will include a restaurant and pool, and will operate under the Tapestry Collection and Homewood Suites by Hilton brands, with each guestroom equipped with a full kitchen.
