Developers are proposing to build a boutique hotel in the village of Hartland Wisconsin’s old commercial district. The project is for a 17,000 square foot four story building that would replace two old buildings at 101 and 107 E. Capitol Drive, on southeast corner lots where West Capital Drive begins. The hotel is being proposed by HF Hospitality Group and Luther Group which recently presented the conceptual plan to the Village Board and Plan Commission.
