McKibbon Hospitality is set to begin construction of the Marriott AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel at 111 N. Meridian Ave. in Tampa, Florida’s Channel District. The two hotels will offer a combined 310 guestrooms (175 AC, 135 Moxy) and are expected to open in early 2028. Features include a café, wine bar, 10,500 square feet of retail space, a fifth-floor pool deck, rooftop restaurant and bar, and over 6,500 square feet of event space. SRS Real Estate Partners will handle leasing, Coastal Construction is the contractor, Lindsay Pope Brayfield and Associates is the architect, The Society is the interior designer, and McKibbon Places is the project manager. The hotels will be operated by McKibbon’s management division.
